Her fierce negotiation skills, expertise in price point analysis and her sharp proficiency to foresee and predict market trends comes from 15+ years of deep experience as a realtor along with a bachelor's degree in business with Economics as a major.
Priti works with investors to acquire large portfolios and/or helps them create one combining smaller properties. She is proficient at creating proforma sheets, calculating ROI and CAP Rate. Based on market trends she counsels clients on porfolio adjustment/management. Marketing is her core strength. She guides clients on how to prep a home for sale.
